Who We Need

We are seeking an energetic, quick learner to join the Reorder Team in support of our auto dealership accounts. This is an entry level role.

As a Reorder Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Making phone calls to contacts within the auto dealerships
• Analyzing customer order trends and developing a call schedule
• Scheduling Calls in the CRM
• Communicating with Regional Management on customer pricing, quantities and lost accounts
• Working with the Benmatt outside sales team on reorders

What We Need

• Experience working in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 0-2 years of experience.

Currently the team is working in a hybrid environment, two days in the office and work from home the remainder of the week (this is subject to change in the future).
