Job Description
Nevada State University invites applications for the Coordinator of Academic Enrichment Programs and Summer Bridge. This position enhances our efforts to improve retention and graduation by overseeing summer bridge programs, coordinating our Scholars Programs, and developing programming that supports our students throughout their academic journey.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing oversight and coordination for all summer bridge programs.
- Coordinating all Scholars Programs.
- Recruitment, marketing, and outreach for Scholars Programs.
- Developing and overseeing regular assessment of the Scholars Programs.
- Working collaboratively with STAR and other support units on campus to support student retention.
- Coordinating our efforts to develop a summer programming schedule.
- Developing and coordinating enrichment programming throughout the academic year.
- Overseeing student workers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A demonstrated ability to communicate well and plan complex projects.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship (Nevada State does not sponsor employment-related visas).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education.
- Experience in higher education, student support services, or educational programming.
- Familiarity with summer bridge programs or scholar/enrichment programs.
- Experience working with first-generation, low-income, or historically underrepresented students.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
Rank, Salary & Benefits:
Budgeted salary for this position is $61,553. Nevada State University offers excellent benefits, including 19.25% retirement match, 24 annual leave days, beginning balance of 30 sick leave days, 12 paid holidays, educational benefits, and three health insurance plans that can be supplemented with flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts.
