Executive Assistant

The primary role and responsibilities of the Executive Assistant is to support the Managing
Principals with daily tasks and long-term projects including, but not limited to, domestic/international travel, calendar management, monthly reporting, and event coordination or planning. This role also includes office management: technology and supply ordering, office maintenance, vendor coordination, and general office communications.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Call screening (resident, sales, vendor, etc.)
• Welcoming visitors
• Travel coordination
• Calendar management
• Monthly reporting
• Office supplies and maintenance
• Event planning and/or coordination
• Conference room scheduling
• Sponsorship planning
• Check writing and Bill pay
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Assist with onboarding employees
