Personal Lines Insurance Intern

RiskSmart Advisors Powered by John Galt Insurance is seeking motivated, detail-oriented interns to support our team in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. This is a hands-on learning opportunity ideal for students or recent grads interested in insurance, finance, client service, or business operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Support account managers and producers with day-to-day tasks
- Assist in preparing insurance quotes, summaries, and documents
- Participate in client communication and follow-up
- Learn how to review policies, identify coverage gaps, and assess risk
- Help maintain accurate data in CRM and agency systems
- Shadow client strategy calls and renewal processes
- Gain exposure to personal insurance lines (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn about insurance and client service
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Location: On-site at our office in Coral Gables
Schedule: Flexible, Minimum 20 hours a week
