Floating Teacher
Join Our Joyful, Supportive Team as a Floating Teacher!
Are you passionate about early childhood education and excited to support young children as they grow, explore, and thrive? We’re looking for warm, enthusiastic professionals who find joy in learning and love engaging with children and their families.
As a floating teacher, you'll be a guiding presence in the lives of our little ones at all ages—helping shape their development with kindness, creativity, and intention. We’re seeking individuals who bring both heart and expertise to the classroom, and who are flexible to meet the needs of our program from day to day.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
You’ll be part of a warm, welcoming team that supports one another and values continuous learning.
You’ll have opportunities for professional growth and meaningful collaboration.
You’ll play a key role in children’s early learning journeys—and build lasting relationships with their families.
We offer competitive compensation, paid time off, and support for your professional development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Implementing playful, age-appropriate activities that nurture toddlers’ cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
Creating a safe, joyful, and supportive classroom where children feel seen, celebrated, and inspired to explore.
Tailoring learning experiences to meet the unique needs and interests of each child.
Bringing our Judaic curriculum to life with the support of our Judaic Curriculum Coordinator.
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine love for working with toddlers and connecting with families.
A growth mindset and openness to learning.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented spirit.
If you’re someone who lights up when connecting with young children, enjoys being part of a team, and finds meaning in helping others grow, we’d love to hear from you. Come make a difference with us!
