We’re a growing estate planning and probate law firm in central Broward County, South Florida with a close-knit, upbeat team. Our mission is to guide families with clarity and compassion—and exceptional client service is our top priority.
We’re hiring an enthusiastic, organized Client Coordinator to help create a smooth, stress-free experience for our clients while supporting the legal team behind the scenes.

Position: Client Coordinator (Client Support & Legal Admin)
In this full-time, desk-based role, you’ll support clients by phone, email, and occasionally in person. You’ll assist with intake, scheduling, and client communication, while managing information across multiple software platforms. Though we have a full-time receptionist, you may occasionally assist with front-desk coverage.
Strong writing skills are a must—you’ll be crafting emails, summaries, and internal notes that reflect the professionalism of our firm.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: $18 or more /hour (based on experience and professionalism)

What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding client service by phone, email, and in person
- Help clients feel welcome, heard, and confident throughout the process
- Conduct intake calls and gather information for attorney meetings
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain client data across multiple systems
- Perform accurate data entry in client management and workflow platforms
- Track deadlines and help keep matters on schedule
- Provide occasional backup coverage at the front desk

- Strong client service background (retail, hospitality, healthcare, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and cloud-based tools
- Familiarity with CRMs, legal or scheduling software (Clio, Lawmatics, WealthCounsel, etc.)
- Prior experience in legal admin, estate planning, or professional client coordination
