
Sales Intern
About the Role:
Home2 Suites by Hilton Lewes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our dynamic Sales Department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality sales, client engagement, and administrative support — all while working in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.
Position Details:
Paid internship
8 hours per week (Flexible scheduling; no weekends or Fridays required)
In-person at Home2 Suites by Hilton Lewes
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with lead generation and prospecting efforts
Conduct follow-ups and maintain sales tracking tools
Support sales tours and client meetings
Contribute to event planning and community outreach
Help manage Outlook Calendar and internal communications
Use Excel, Canva, and other tools for reporting and visual content
Support social media scheduling and engagement
Provide general administrative support to the Sales Manager
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
