Accounting Intern Clerk

Accounting, Internal Clerk.  Part time.  Ideally a student seeking an Accounting or Business degree.   This role will directly support John Harder & Company's  Accounting firm, teach you our role-related business operating procedures, teach you to use our cloud-based ERP system, and provide Real world Accounting/Business experience.  Tasks will include (but not limited to):

• Entering Vendor invoices into the ERP system
• Scanning invoices/documents
• Reconciling price/cost discrepancies
• Reconciling purchase order discrepancies
• Assist AP/AR department with maximizing cash-flow utilization
• Assist Accounting with Budgeting
• Some general office tasks: IE: filing, retrieving files, moving office file boxes
• Candidate ideally open to helping other department workers with overflow tasks.
