SaaS Deal Specialist Intern (commission based)

As a SaaS Deal Specialist Intern, you’ll support the growth and expansion of Content Engine—our internal content syndication app designed to streamline publishing across teams, channels, and campaigns. This role focuses on converting warm leads into active users and partner organizations, while gaining hands-on experience in SaaS sales, CRM workflows, and startup growth strategy.

You’ll be compensated through a commission structure based on each closed deal or onboarding milestone, with support, training, and opportunities for long-term growth within the team.

About Content Engine:
Content Engine is a proprietary syndication and coordination platform built by and for creative teams. It enables distributed collaborators—across marketing, media, education, and production—to centralize campaigns, assets, and publishing flows. We’re currently onboarding organizations that need a smarter, more efficient way to manage and distribute content at scale.

What You’ll Do:

Engage and follow up with warm leads sourced via inbound interest, referral networks, and internal campaigns

Coordinate demos, onboarding, and initial use of the Content Engine platform

Support CRM hygiene (Apollo, Airtable, or similar), ensuring pipeline activity is accurately tracked

Collaborate with marketing and design to evolve decks, outreach templates, and landing pages

Participate in (and eventually lead) discovery calls and sales walkthroughs

Surface insights to help product and strategy teams refine positioning and onboarding

Help test sales enablement tools and outreach strategies

A confident communicator who can clearly articulate value and adapt to different audiences

Motivated by outcomes and comfortable working toward conversion goals

Curious about SaaS, creator tools, and the systems that support scale

Organized and proactive, with a strong sense of follow-through

Interested in content operations, syndication, and how tech can support creative teams

Compensation:
This is a paid internship with a commission-based structure. Interns will receive a commission for each qualified deal closed or onboarding milestone reached, with rates discussed upon offer. Additional performance-based bonuses and long-term opportunities may be available based on impact.
