Operations and Marketing Manager

Join Our Team as the Operations and Marketing Manager!

  • Advertising: Overseeing advertising campaigns, including creating promotional materials and deciding where and when to place ads 
  • Social media: Managing and monitoring social media, receiving and responding to feedback, and analyzing trends 
  • Analytics: Collecting and interpreting data to improve marketing strategies 
  • Search engine optimization: Optimizing the practice's search engine presence 
  • Direct mail: Using direct mail as a marketing tool 
  • Print ads: Using print ads as a marketing tool 
  • Create, develop, optimize, maintain, and execute all marketing strategies
  • Train, lead, and develop marketing team members
  • Identify potential business opportunities and build collaborations
  • Develop and maintain marketing budgets and calendars
  • Coordinate and work with marketing vendors
  • Develop and update training platforms and knowledge base
  • Communicate and coach all teams about upcoming marketing initiatives
  • Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • In-person visits to dental offices
  • Event planning and project management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
  • Experience in website development, SEO, and AdWords
  • Experience in copywriting and graphic design
  • Experience in social media marketing, advertising, and content creation
  • Thrive in a dynamic, action-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading and managing digital advertising campaigns

Schedule:

  • 40 hours / week
  • 5 Days / week

 Compensation Package:

  • Salary $30/hr 830-430 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 
  • Wednesday 1030-630 pm 
  • Performance Bonuses 
  • Individual Medical, Dental, Vision, Drug (after 1-year)
  • 401K Profit Sharing (after 3 years) 
  • 1 week (40 hours) paid vacation (after 1 year)

Interview for patient 

Collect checklists, go over checklists 

Oversee office is cleaned well including rooms, bathrooms

Responsible for office team spirit, motivation drive of team

Time management 

Filling the schedule

Hiring of staff Hygeinist 

All higher level things 

Negotiate products to buy 

Getting new business- create partnerships 

Helping me to close cases
