Marketing Coordinator

Mach Architecture, p.c. specializes in higher educational design with a collaborative approach and significant opportunity for growth for the professional ready to advance. We are seeking a full-time or part-time Marketing Coordinator to join the Mach team at our Tonawanda, New York office. 

The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the leadership of Mach Architecture to plan and implement marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will drive sales and brand awareness through a variety of activities, including developing content and coordinating the design of promotional materials, preparing presentation and proposal materials, updating the company website, creating social media content, coordinating special events, and scheduling meetings with potential business partners.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning and Evaluation

  • Develop a solid understanding of our company and the markets we serve.
  • Work with the leadership to identify company marketing and communications needs and establish marketing objectives and strategies around those needs.
  • Coordinate promotional and other conference events.

Proposals

  • Monitor relevant trade websites for potential Requests for Proposals/Qualifications.
  • Manage the Proposal development process from all aspects.
  • With guidance and help from the leadership, schedule, produce, compile, and develop the Proposal/Qualifications for the submission to the client.

Promotional and Presentation Materials

  • Assist in developing excellent written content.
  • Produce effective imagery, including photographs, videos, and other graphics.
  • Effectively deploy and updated inventory of promotional materials to drive sales and brand awareness.

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and maintain positive social media presence across relevant platforms.
  • Manage and regularly update website content.
  • Develop and execute excellent content marketing campaigns.
     

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field. 

Experience: Preferred, 1 year of marketing experience in Architecture or Engineering firm. 

Technical Skills: Proficient with Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The starting hourly rate for this position is $22.00.
