Summary:
Facilitate employee training under the direction of the Corporate Training Managers and support Human Resources administrative duties including administration and coordination of training and evaluation functions, assisting the training division with employee development programs and resources, and data collection and analysis.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Facilitate employee training with prescribed training curriculum and materials.
- Scan, organize, and maintain employee training records and documents.
- Enter and maintain documentation including requests for department expenses.
- Maintain a database of all training materials.
- Collect, filter, and organize various types of data for reporting and summaries to management.
- Maintain and organize training calendar, training rooms, and training resources.
- Send out communications and calendar invite for training.
- Upload and maintain HR & Training documents on the Company intranet.
- Conduct revisions to Training & HR documents.
- Prepare instructional materials and resources.
- Format and track Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policy revisions and assist to create process workflows.
- Complete research for training projects
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews.
- Manage onboarding components.
- Provide coaching & mentoring for staff.
- Create and maintain developmental resources and programs for staff.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of people internally and externally to accomplish Company’s goals and objectives.
- Perform similar level or nature of duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Two (2) years related experience.
Knowledge:
- Training principles
- Management principles
- Basic sales and marketing principles
Skills:
- Use of computer hardware: keyboard, mouse, monitor, hard drive
- Use of computer software: Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Preparation and presenting presentations.
Ability to:
- Present data and information in a variety of methods
- Continuously challenge oneself and others to improve better operating practices.

The work environment is frequently within the manufacturing and distribution plant consisting of moving mechanical parts or heavy machinery, vibrations, fumes, unpleasant odors, dust, poor ventilation chemicals, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, and moderate to loud noise while in the plant or travelling for work. Work during evenings and weekends as needed.
