As we grow, we’re seeking a Production Strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering quality, style, and precision in every piece

Position Overview:

The Production Strategist oversees the full production lifecycle—from planning and vendor coordination to quality control and timely delivery. This cross-functional role connects design, sales, and manufacturing, ensuring each product is executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organization and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and manage production timelines to meet seasonal delivery goals and inventory targets.
• Serve as the key liaison between internal and external parties.
• Collaborate closely with Design to translate creative vision into a viable production plan.
• Forecast capacity needs and align vendor resources accordingly.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure all products meet brand quality standards through testing and on-site inspections.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

3. Vendor & Factory Oversight

• Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking.
• Approve production samples and monitor factory outputs against quality and timeline benchmarks.
• Proactively resolve any production or supply chain disruptions.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Develop and manage production budgets, tracking actuals against forecasted costs.
• Identify cost-efficiencies without compromising quality or delivery.
• Approve production-related invoices and manage financial documentation.

5. Production Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain and update production dashboards and work-in-progress reports.
• Track sales performance to inform future production decisions.
• Communicate delays or red flags promptly to internal teams.

6. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

• Partner with distribution to align production schedules with shipping timelines.
• Oversee material procurement and monitor inventory levels to avoid delays.
• Analyze and pull sales and inventory reports as needed.

7. Fashion Design Experience (Preferred)

• Background in fashion design and/or pattern making is a strong plus.
• Ability to understand and provide feedback on design feasibility and construction.

Qualifications:

• Three years of experience in apparel production, supply chain management, or product development (preferably in fashion).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with vendor/factory management and overseas production preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods of times
