Media production

• Coordinating, editing, producing and distributing ‘art tracks’ for 800PGM’s audio channel
• Coordinating, editing, producing and distributing compilations for the 800PGM YouTube channel
• Coordinating, logging and tracking ‘clip and chunk’ assets for the Marketing team to access
• Providing quality control by spot checking media 

Media Management

• Organizing production assets and monitoring the delivery of assets between 800PGM departments 
• Facilitating the file structure of media created by the production team
• Safeguard permissions of sensitive media within 800PGM’s catalogue
• Provide quality control for asset storage and archival purposes

Task management

• Take direction from department heads to facilitate solutions to short-term department requests
• Analyze and implement a digital strategy to create and modify digital assets that solves strategic needs of the company
• Research new techniques to create and catalogue assets as a means to make the production department more efficient
