At LPC Naturals we work as a team and succeed together. We’re currently looking for a Marketing and Social Media Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s eager to build their marketing skills, contribute to our digital presence, and grow with the company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. This person should be comfortable in an office environment, working closely with the executive team. We rely on flexibility and enthusiasm as we manage several unique tasks.

Company Description

LPC Naturals was established in 2018. At LPC Naturals we carry a unique set of products for cultivation of a variety of crops. As a team we promote the establishment of the mutually symbiotic interaction between our organism and the grower’s plants. LPC Naturals has two unique product lines, EndoGlo and Prime Superior. The secret ingredient throughout the product lines is our proprietary isolate and novel culturing method of the beneficial fungus, Beauveria bassiana (Bbas). By introducing this beneficial fungus at seeding, the fungus is then able to germinate with the seed and begin its process of growing within the plant. With the fungus and plant combined, cultivators have seen a dramatic reduction in mycotoxins, while boosting yields with earlier germination, enhanced nutrient uptake and metabolism, increased root development, and stand establishment.

Responsibilities

· Create, schedule, and manage content across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

· Assist with the planning and execution of all digital and print marketing campaigns.

· Support marketing efforts with writing, editing, graphic design and collection of final user feedback

· Monitor trends and suggest ways to improve online engagement and visibility

· Track performance metrics while assisting decision making with the generation of monthly reports

· Maintain brand consistency throughout digital, print, and product packaging

· Participate in occasional promotional efforts, events, and industry outreach

· Source, organize, and plan conferences, meetings, and other special occasions

· Handle confidential information related to the company and team members with discretion and professionalism

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

· Passion for social media, branding, and content creation

· Eager to learn and grow, with an interest in plants and horticulture

· Strong writing and communication skills

· Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

· Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges

· Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills

· Experience with programs like: Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite

· Valid driver’s license, insurance, and safe driving record

· High-school diploma or equivalent

· Experience with plants is a plus

Salary and Benefits

· Salary - $17-$21 per hour

Schedule

· Monday to Friday in office required, Williamsville, NY

· Minimum 40 hours per week

· Occasional travel by car and/or plane per quarter
