About the Role
As the Assistant Director of Operations, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our local Wize Computing Academy franchise. This hands-on leadership position plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality educational experience, managing team performance, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Oversee and optimize all daily operations of the franchise location
- Manage schedules, resource allocation, and overall logistics
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of programs and student experience
- Maintain alignment with Wize brand standards and operational best practices
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and manage instructors and support staff
- Coordinate instructor schedules, classroom assignments, and team meetings
- Foster a collaborative, student-centered team culture
Program Quality
- Oversee implementation of the Wize standardized curriculum
- Monitor student progress, assessments, and learning outcomes
- Maintain high satisfaction scores and continuously improve program delivery
Customer & Family Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for students and families
- Manage parent communication and address concerns professionally and proactively
Reporting & Franchisor Communication
- Track and report key metrics (enrollment, retention, completion)
- Ensure compliance with franchise standards and participate in franchisor training
- Collaborate with the corporate team on curriculum and program updates
Local Marketing & Enrollment
- Support local marketing campaigns and outreach events
- Coordinate with the corporate team to execute promotional efforts
- Maintain the location’s online presence and social media activity
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of operations, team management, or program coordination experience (education or franchise experience a plus)

Locations
- Our region includes schools in Flower Mound, Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Keller, Eagle Mountain, Saginaw, and Argyle. This role involves a combination of remote work and on-site visits to partner schools.
Compensation

Hours: Flexible, 20–40 hrs/week
Pay: $20–$30/hr (Part-Time) | $40K–$60K/year (Full-Time)
