Social Media and Content Specialist
About the Role:
Are you a fast-paced, deadline-driven social media wizard with a passion for crafting compelling content and engaging audiences? We are looking for a Social Media and Content Coordinator to bring our brand to life across multiple digital platforms. This highly organized and detail-obsessed storyteller will plan, create, and manage social content while supporting website updates and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media and Digital Strategy
Own social media planning, publishing, and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Write scroll-stopping copy aligned with brand tone and voice
Track, analyze, and optimize performance using metrics and insights
Monitor trends and adjust strategy in real time
Content Creation and Editing
Capture and edit original content (photo/video) to keep feeds fresh and relevant
Collaborate with team members to generate new ideas that align with marketing goals
Maintain visual consistency across all channels
Organize and manage all internal assets
Reputation and Channel Management
Monitor comments, messages, and reviews—responding promptly with brand professionalism
Flag and escalate any potential reputation risks
Coordinate community management across platforms
Website and Digital Support
Update website content via WordPress and Wix
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of updates across digital touchpoints
Internal Communications
Support internal messaging with engaging content for newsletters, intranet, and team announcements
Help drive employee awareness and alignment through clear, branded communications

Tools You’ll Use:

Scheduling and Analytics: Hootsuite (or similar)

Experience and Qualifications:
1–3 years in a social media, content, or digital marketing role
Excellent writing and editing skills (short- and long-form)
Proven experience managing multiple channels and content calendars
Strong understanding of social and digital best practices
Productivity: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
