Digital Marketing Intern

This is not your typical marketing internship. As a Marketing Intern at Kessel Media Group, you'll get hands-on experience in real campaigns—from concept to execution. You’ll work alongside our creative, media buying, copywriting, and analytics teams to learn both the fundamentals and advanced strategies of digital marketing.

 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to learn fast, think creatively, and contribute meaningfully to high-performing campaigns.

 

What You’ll Learn & Do

Assist with the creation and organization of digital ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Learn the basics of direct response copywriting and offer strategy

Analyze campaign data and performance metrics with our analytics team

Support competitive research, A/B testing, and customer insights

Sit in on team meetings and strategy sessions with real clients

Help manage content calendars, reporting, and campaign documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional team members across creative, paid media, and strategy

 

What We’re Looking For

A strong interest in marketing, advertising, eCommerce, or media

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Strong writing and communication skills

Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets; bonus if you’ve played with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or TikTok Creative Center

Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to commit to 15–20 hours/week (flexible around school/work schedules)
