As we scale, we're looking for a sharp and driven Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This is a high-impact role for someone who is a self-starter and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to help shape the future of a company on the rise.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with senior leadership to design, implement, and improve the systems and workflows that support our underwriting and client service teams. You’ll be empowered to drive operational excellence and help position the company for scalable, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize processes that improve underwriting, compliance, and service operations
• Establish and document policies, procedures, and workflow best practices
• Coordinate HR and administrative functions (onboarding, records management, benefits)
• Monitor internal data systems and ensure data quality across platforms
• Support vendor and broker relationship management
• Identify and solve operational bottlenecks
• Lead special projects and operational initiatives that support company growth

What You Bring

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• A proactive mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• Solid computer and systems skills (Microsoft Office proficiency a must)
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required if you bring the right drive and aptitude.
