Associate General Counsel
Job Summary
The Associate General Counsel works closely with the General Counsel and performs moderately complex (journey-level) legal work. Duties of this position include reviewing and drafting administrative rules, policies, and procedures; preparing and reviewing contracts and agreements; reviewing and preparing responses to public information requests; interpreting statutes, case law, rules, and regulations; preparing legal documents; and assisting with Commission meetings. Works under general supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
