MARKETING/MEDIA PRODUCTION

This is a hands-on opportunity to build a content portfolio, strengthen digital marketing skills, and work directly with athletes, coaches, and our communications team.

What You’ll Do

• Capture high-quality and video content at training sessions, camps, and events
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Coordinator on content planning and production
• Create engaging content: Reels, player/coach features, BTS moments, and campaign graphics
• Assist with strategy brainstorming to grow MFA’s online presence
• Organize and catalog content for future use
• Support occasional written content like captions, player spotlights, or newsletter blurbs

Ideal Candidate

• Additional duties as required
• Soccer experience
• Has access to and experience using their own camera (photo/video)
• Proficient with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and other content tools
• Comfortable in fast-paced, on-the-field environments
• Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Available nights and weekends
