Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s website, intranet site, and social media platforms, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with our brand.
- Own and execute a social media content calendar that highlights projects, employees, company culture, and community involvement for LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Assist in the design, development, and formatting of marketing materials and proposals, ensuring a consistent and professional visual identity using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with leadership to proactively identify opportunities for brand growth and improved communication strategies across all media.
- Support internal communication initiatives, including company updates, staff highlights, event planning, and business development awareness and opportunities.
- Maintain organized systems for marketing files, templates, contact lists, and project documentation.

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
- Skilled in Adobe InDesign, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint.
- Strong writer and communicator, with an eye for detail and design.
- Self-starter who thrives with creative freedom and can manage projects independently.
- Experience in A/E/C, engineering, or professional services is a bonus, but not required.
