About FACET:
We provide quality continuing medical education for healthcare professionals through our accredited CME program. Our collaborative environment and educational opportunities help physicians, scientists, nurses, and medical professionals throughout the U.S. discuss and teach advanced techniques, improve clinical knowledge, and enhance their ability to provide excellent patient care -- ultimately improving patient groups and hospitals together for the planning and implementing of FACET educational programs.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing and communication efforts for our programs. This role will play a crucial role in driving attendance and engagement among our target audience of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our education events and drive attendee registration.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook) to increase brand awareness and drive event participation.
- Manage SMS and email marketing campaigns to effectively communicate event details, updates, and reminders to our audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Identify new opportunities for marketing outreach and audience engagement, staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials, as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives, such as graphic designers, course directors, and event organizers.
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Assist in whatever capacity necessary in the coordination and execution of FACET conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience (including internships) in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and SMS marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in operating both video and photo cameras to capture high-quality footage and images.
- Skilled in editing video and photo content using industry-standard software to produce engaging and professional final products.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Intermediate graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience using marking tools- Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Survey Monkey.
