Your Mission: Lead, Elevate, Deliver
As Repair Station Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our FAA-certificated Part 145 Repair Station, ensuring that quality, safety, and compliance are always first-class. This role blends operational oversight with strategic vision—keeping aircraft flying safely while expanding our market reach. You’ll manage a talented team, collaborate across departments, and help elevate our repair station to new heights.
What You’ll Do
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily inspection, repair, maintenance, and return-to-service operations
Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 145), RSQCM, and internal policies
Maintain calibration and functionality of tools, equipment, and technical resources
Accurately manage maintenance records and documentation
Team Supervision & Development
Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians
Monitor qualifications and ensure certifications are up to date
Foster a strong safety-first culture across the team
Strategic & Customer-Focused
Interface with the FAA and lead external audits/inspections
Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify service enhancements
Develop marketing strategies and work with our Marketing Team to promote Centennial Aircraft Services
Maintain strong customer relationships and monitor market trends
Business Growth
Identify new service offerings and help plan future expansion of capabilities
Provide accurate content updates for the company website
Analyze competitive activity and stay ahead of industry shifts
What You Bring
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
Minimum 5 years of hands-on aviation maintenance experience
At least 3 years of leadership in a Part 145 repair station environment
In-depth understanding of FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 145, FAA Order 8900.1)
Proven knowledge of quality systems, documentation, and inspection protocols
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office & maintenance tracking software
High school diploma required; degree in aviation or related field preferred
