Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Overview: We’re looking for a data-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This person will be responsible for executing targeted programs that attract, nurture, and convert prospects across all funnel stages. A strong understanding of the MSP industry is required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads
· Distribute content across channels to optimize conversion and engagement
· Manage and optimize paid social and Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns
· Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging to ICPs and buyer stages
· Implement A/B testing, funnel tracking, and campaign performance analysis
· Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure seamless lead handoff and reporting
· Own campaign timelines, creative briefs, and performance reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing
· Proven success managing campaigns in HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and third party mareting
· Experience in the MSP industry is required
· Experience managing content and channels of distribution
· Deep understanding of lead scoring, conversion optimization, and funnel analytics
· Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns
· Excellent communication and collaboration across departments
Nice to Haves:
· Familiarity with ABM tools and campaign strategies
· Basic design or video editing skills for light asset production
· Knowledge of B2B SaaS go-to-market frameworks
