Board Certified Behavior Analyst

At our Rockville location, we’re seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to help shape an ABA program that is as innovative as it is supportive. What You’ll Do: Design and implement engaging, individualized ABA programs for pediatric clients. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and junior BCBAs. Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists as part of a truly multidisciplinary team. Empower families by involving them in every step of the therapeutic journey. Lead with innovation, empathy, and evidence-based practice. Required: Active BCBA certification and Maryland license (or eligibility to obtain one before start date). Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an ABA setting with children and families. At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring. Strong communication and collaborative abilities. Commitment to client-centered care and family involvement. Preferred Experience with feeding therapy, functional communication training (FCT), and social skills development.
