Junior Sales Development Representative

Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Idukki is responsible for the top-of-funnel sales activities. They focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for Account Executives (AEs) or senior sales team members. Their core mission is to generate a healthy pipeline of potential customers.

Responsibilities

Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Identify target companies/digital agencies & decision makers (ICP) using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
  • Gather insights to personalise outreach.

Outbound Outreach

  • Run cold email, LinkedIn, and sometimes phone call campaigns.
  • Follow up consistently to engage prospects.

Meeting Setting

  • Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales reps.

CRM & Reporting

  • Log all activities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and keep data clean.
  • Provide weekly pipeline and activity updates.

Organized, coachable, eager to learn

 

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Number of new prospects added weekly
  • Number of outreach activities (emails, calls, LinkedIn connects)
  • Number of qualified meetings booked
  • Conversion rates from contact to meeting
