Hourly Pay Range $24.11 to $31.35
Ottawa County Central Dispatch (911) is currently accepting applications for the position of Public Safety Communications Dispatcher. The position is responsible for dispatching for law, fire and EMS agencies in Ottawa County. The dispatch environment is customer service oriented and can be fast paced at times. The ability to multi-task and be a team player are essential skills for all applicants. Dispatchers work 12-hour shifts, 7 days in a 2-week period after initial training. All training will be provided; no experience necessary!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of eighteen (18) years old and a high school diploma, or equivalent, are required. Applicants must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
