Overview
RTW Investments is seeking a Corporate Access Intern whose primary responsibilities would be coordinating and facilitating high-level meetings, events, and communication between the hedge fund's investment professionals and other key internal and external stakeholders. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to corporate relationships within the hedge fund industry, all while working in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Corporate Access Meetings: Support the scheduling and logistics of one-on-one meetings and group events with senior executives of publicly traded and private companies
- Assist with Event Planning: Help organize corporate events details for conferences, events, and calls/meetings for the team
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to corporate access, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and liaising with the team EAs for all travel logistics
- Maintain Databases: Update and manage internal databases / calendars, ensuring accurate records of meetings, contacts, and events

Qualifications and Skills
- College Degree required
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to work independently on projects
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- A team player with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- 1-3 years’ experience working in an administrative role
- Proficiency with both Outlook + Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Preferred familiarity with CorpAxe consumption tracking platform
- Must be able to work from our New York City office

The weekly salary for this New York-based position is $1,200 - $1500. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and the level at which the role is hired.
