Salary Range: $70-80k + Excellent Benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of AR for major construction projects, from invoicing to collections
  • Prepare and submit monthly billings, lien waivers, and compliance documents
  • Record payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather and submit required documents
  • Identify ways to streamline AR processes and boost efficiency
  • Provide exceptional service to internal teams and external clients

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of proven accounts receivable experience within the construction industry
  • Skilled with large ERP systems (Viewpoint a plus), AIA progress billing, collections, and small job miscellaneous billing.
  • Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office and industry-specific platforms (Textura, GC Pay, Corrigo, Level Set)
  • Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
  • Eager to improve processes and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
