What You’ll Do:

• Nurture long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
  • Take ownership of existing East TN-based accounts and build lasting relationships
  • Reactivate dormant accounts by reconnecting with past program participants and buyers
  • Prospect and land new business to grow your own client portfolio
• Attend in-person programs, client events, and trade shows to strengthen connections and represent our brand. Prospect, qualify, and schedule meetings with decision makers

WFH role: You’ll work from home for focused prospecting, and you’ll be in the field for team training, programs, trade-show events, and some client meetings. Local knowledge and relationships are a huge plus.

What You’ll Get:

• $44,000 base + uncapped commission + bonuses 
  (realistic first-year: $50–60,000)
