Training and Development Intern

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Training and Development Intern to support our growing employee learning programs. This role will work closely with the Training & Development team to help maintain and improve onboarding processes, training system operations, and employee support as we continue expanding our internal learning platforms.

If you're a strong communicator, fluent in both English and Spanish, and comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and email tools, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reset passwords and assist employees with logging into our training system(GTS)
  • Add training courses for new hires or employees moving into new roles
  • Track completion of required compliance courses and send follow-up reminders
  • Assist with onboarding setup, including creating and distributing training folders
  • Review Spanish translations of training materials for clarity and accuracy
  • Support Spanish-speaking employees with training system questions
  • Audit training content and recommend updates using LinkedIn Learning
  • Organize and label training files in Google Drive and Microsoft Drive
  • Assist with light admin tasks such as preparing reports or responding to emails

Minimum Requirements:

  • Comfortable using Google Drive and Microsoft Office (basic understanding is fine)
  • Strong communication and social skills(phone, email, andin-person)
  • Able to read and write fluently in Spanish and English
  • Enjoys data entry and task tracking, even if not yet advanced
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working with online platforms and learning new tools
  • Willingness to learn and take direction with a positive attitude

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in customer service, HR, or administrative support
  • Interest in Human Resources, Learning &Development, or Organizational Psychology
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms like LinkedIn Learning or LMS systems
  • Experience helping others with technology or onboarding tasks

 

Internship Details:

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available, Not Fridays)
  • Pay: $20–$24/hour depending on experience
  • Location: In-office
  • Duration: Possibility of extension or permanent role
