Remote Recruiter

Job Title: Remote Recruiter

Location: Remote

Pay: $3/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Recruiter to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and

presentable demeanor, and a passion for identifying top talent. As a Remote Recruiter, you will

be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various roles and

departments.

Key Responsibilities:

● Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels including job boards,

social media, and referrals.

● Conduct initial phone or video screenings and assess candidate suitability

● Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

● Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

● Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams.

● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.

● Present candidates in a polished and professional manner that reflects the company's

standards.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house) preferred.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; must be presentable and professional

in remote interactions.

● Proficiency in using ATS, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques.

● Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

● Familiarity with various sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

● High-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote working setup.
