Marketing Intern

At STEMNETICS our mission is to provide high-quality STEM education to all elementary students, igniting curiosity and developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills through interactive, hands-on learning experiences both in the classroom and outside of school. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact. You will assist in developing and executing a comprehensive business development plan, exploring both direct and indirect sales methods to achieve our growth objectives. A key part of your responsibility will involve evaluating our current social media reach and strategies to help maximize our engagement and meet business development goals. This will include conducting in-depth research into target demographics and crafting compelling messaging that truly resonates with these specific audiences.


 

What will you do: 

  • Identifies and specifies the goal of a marketing research project; identifies the best strategies to fulfill those goals
  • Assists in developing marketing strategies to drive organizational growth and expand partnerships.
  • Creates questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other resources for data collection
  • Conducts a competitor analysis in the STEM education field
  • Summarizes and analyzes data; offers research-related recommendations
  • Reports findings, including graphs that illustrate data and written prose that explains complicated findings
  • Research social media trends and evaluate current alignment with current and future social media strategies
  • Presents findings to the leadership team
  • Performs other related activities as assigned

  • Ability to put complex topics and procedures into simple terms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
