Data Scientist

Role:
๐ Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments across digital products
๐ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to guide decision-making with data
๐ง Translate complex datasets into actionable insights that improve user experience
๐งช Apply statistical methods to model user behavior and test hypotheses
๐ Present findings in a clear, compelling way to stakeholders
Requirements:
๐ 1+ years in a data science or analytics role (internships or academic projects count!)
๐ Degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, or a similar quantitative field
๐ก Strong understanding of statistical concepts, especially hypothesis testing and experimental design
๐งพ Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with analyzing large, complex datasets
๐ Hands-on experience with data exploration, A/B testing, and deriving insights
๐ฃ๏ธ Excellent communication skills, especially for explaining technical findings to non-technical teams
