Internship Overview
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Representative Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, customer relationship management, and strategic market outreach in the home improvement and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales team in generating leads through online research, calls, and networking
- Support outside sales representatives in scheduling appointments and following up with prospects
- Participate in showroom presentations and trade events
- Help maintain CRM system with accurate contact and activity records
- Work with design and customer service teams to prepare quotes and product information
- Assist in analyzing sales performance and identifying opportunities for market expansion
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in sales, construction, or home design industries
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Chinese/Spanish is a plus, but not required
