As a College Recruitment Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in helping high school students navigate the exciting journey of researching, applying to, and enrolling in colleges that will shape their futures. If you're ready to make a difference, we invite you to apply and join our dynamic team!

Position Details: Ability to coordinate and attend events and meetings at times beyond usual working hours. Employment will begin with a training period of approximately three to four weeks (July/August). Upon successful completion of training, employees will be assigned to a specific high school, typically beginning the assignment in late August. Contingent on funding and acceptance by the program manager, the employee may be allowed to continue working an additional month to complete excess processing. At the end of this first contract period, advisors may be allowed to renew this contract for one additional term only, contingent upon funding and acceptance by the program manager.
 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an institution in the state of Texas
  • No experience required
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with high school students
  • Experience working with Admissions and/or Financial Aid
  • Background in general office conditions with significant time spent working with high school students
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
