Reports to: Technical Training Coordinator

Position Overview:

C-Sharpe is hiring a Graphic Design Intern to support our growing training and development program. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in helping train, certify, and equip our field teams across stucco, deck coating, waterproofing, structural concrete, and other specialized restoration scopes.

You’ll work closely with our Technical Training Coordinator and subject matter experts to capture real-world construction work on active job sites, training mockups, and company workshops. From high-rise waterproofing to concrete restoration and specialty coatings, your visuals will help set the standard for craftsmanship, safety, and consistency across our Gulf Coast projects. This boots-on-the-ground visual storytelling plays a direct role in shaping the next generation of skilled construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture on-site video and photography using iPhones, GoPro Hero 13, and other available cameras as needed
  • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Clipchamp, or similar software; add branding, titles, subtitles, and AI voiceovers
  • Film real construction scopes, including stucco, deck coating, waterproofing, concrete repair, and other specialized restoration scopes on active job sites and mock-ups
  • Use Photoshop to edit images, add annotations, or create visual diagrams as needed
  • Record and organize clean audio for narration and live field commentary
  • Create step-by-step instructional content in Microsoft Word and other formats for field training
  • Collaborate with the Technical Training Coordinator to script, storyboard, and plan visual content
  • Maintain a consistent visual brand across all media formats
  • Learn and understand construction processes to accurately document and communicate them
  • Ask questions and clarify technical procedures to ensure the accuracy of training materials
  • Safely film on active construction sites while wearing full PPE
  • Travel may be required to job sites in other locations for on-site filming and documentation
  • Use Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for project communication, storage, and collaboration

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with Clipchamp, Photoshop, and After Effects (or willingness to learn)
  • Experience with filming using iPhones, GoPro, and other camera equipment as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage files and media projects across multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with non-technical personnel
  • Willingness to learn and understand construction methods to document them accurately
  • Comfortable working on job sites with PPE (boots, hard hat, safety glasses, respirator, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in video production, media creation, training content, or instructional design
  • Background or interest in construction, trades, engineering, or restoration work
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Portfolio or samples of video/photo work related to education, training, or technical content
  • Ability to adapt quickly and contribute to a growing, hands-on training program
