We’re currently looking for an intern for the Fall semester who’s interested in the business and operations side of the golf industry. This hands-on role focuses on pro shop responsibilities, clubhouse management, and small business operations, with managing of all departments.

Ideally training would begin in August, so you're familiar with our systems and departments before the semester begins. We offer flexible hours to work around your class schedule, and we customize the internship based on your interests and career goals—whether that’s operations, marketing, event planning, management, or a mix.

Golf Operations

• Proshop tee sheet management
• Cart and starter coordination
• Tournament and outing setup
• Retail sales and merchandising support

Business & Administrative Tasks

• Create and schedule marketing and social media content
• Assist with basic reporting, scheduling, and invoicing
• Support operational planning and special project coordination

Customer Service & Employee Management

• Oversee or assist with staff across multiple departments: Pro Shop, Bar, Beverage Cart, Kitchen, and Rangers
• Learn onboarding and training processes
• Monitor customer service standards across the facility
• Support shift coordination and staff communication
