CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – Entry-Level | Base Salary

What You’ll Be Doing

Start each day at the office for planning, training, and team collaboration

Prospect daily—both face-to-face and virtually—to connect with new clients

Make outbound calls and schedule appointments with potential customers

Present customized solutions and proposals to meet each client’s specific needs

Learn and communicate the value of our full product and service offerings

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with regular follow-ups

Use lead generation tools to identify and contact decision-makers

Use best practices via email, phone, and social platforms to reach new prospects

Ask relevant, thoughtful questions to understand client needs and close deals
