Experience Desired: Proficient in Microsoft applications (5 yrs)

Required Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Education:
• High school diploma with 5-7 years’ experience
or
• Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience.

• Communication (both verbal and writing)
• Organization
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Additional Technical Skills
• Manufacturing experience

Typical task breakdown:
• Support/organize leaders’ calendars.
• Own facility metrics boards (includes gathering data, creating charts, and communicating with metric owners).
• Gather data from different groups and update spreadsheets.
• Support all employee meetings and roundtables (calendar invites, organize presentation, take notes/action items).
