Our Account Executives work directly with clients to turn creative ideas into standout merchandise—from concept to delivery.

The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is remote.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing sales role where you’ll own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, coordinating design, closing deals, and ensuring successful delivery. You will be provided with leads.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career—either just graduating or with up to two years of experience in merch sales, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role. You’ll gain valuable skills in B2B selling, project coordination, and account management—while building relationships with student organizations and campus leaders across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Own a Book of Business: Build and manage a pipeline of clients, primarily student organizations within Greek life and campus events.
• Close Deals: Lead the full sales cycle, from outreach and needs discovery to pricing, follow-up, and conversion.
• Coordinate Custom Orders: Work with clients and our design team to bring merch concepts to life.
• Deliver Great Service: Maintain strong, professional communication with customers and internal partners to ensure smooth fulfillment and repeat business.
• Report & Collaborate: Attend weekly virtual meetings, share updates, and contribute ideas to improve team performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in sales, merch, or marketing
• Passionate about branding, fashion, and working with student organizations
• Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a remote work environment
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Self-starter comfortable owning projects from start to finish
• Preferably was involved in Greek life in college
• Studied business / sales / marketing / communication / psychology or similar majors

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $45,000/year
• Performance Bonus & Commission: $15,000 in on target bonus / commission
