Leads Intern
We’re seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Leads Intern to support our marketing team in managing leads and fostering client relationships. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Monitor, organize, and prioritize incoming leads from multiple venues, ensuring timely follow-up via calls, texts, and emails.
- Client Communication: Assist in drafting and sending professional first-response messages to new leads and follow up with existing clients to nurture relationships.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead statuses, contact details, and detailed notes to ensure seamless tracking.
- Venue Tour Coordination: Schedule venue tours, follow up on no-shows, and track confirmations to support the client journey.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating email templates and informational packets to streamline client communications.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Multitasking & Organization: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

- Experience: No prior experience required; familiarity with CRM systems or marketing tools is a plus. Training will be provided.
- Availability: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications) preferred.
