Marketing and Sales Support Intern
Legacy Building Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a
Marketing and Sales Support Intern. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in marketing operations, trade show coordination, social media management, and data management within Salesforce and HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Show and Event Support:
• Coordinate packing and shipping of materials for trade shows, Lunch n Learns, and
individual client meetings.
• Maintain and manage inventory of trade show materials and promotional items.
• Compile and organize sales resource folders for use during trade shows and client
events.
Social Media Management:
• Assist in scheduling social media posts across various platforms.
• Research and compile a list of high-performing, relevant hashtags for each industry, with
consideration for platform-specific and persona-specific engagement.
• Monitor social media metrics and suggest strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Data Management:
• Support data entry and organization within Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Assist in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of data records.
• Generate reports and insights from CRM platforms to support marketing and sales
initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing and sales processes.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
