Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Jewelry Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive their beautiful jewelry orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship jewelry orders according to company standards.
- Inspect jewelry items for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Manage inventory of packaging materials and report needs.
- Process returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any order-related issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma but college experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehousing, or retail environment preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and wholesale platforms (Joor and Faire) are a plus.
- Basic computer skills with excel and word processor.
