Customer Relationship Management Intern

Position Overview

As a CRM Intern, you'll work with our most valuable enterprise clients and highest-potential prospects, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to nurture strategic relationships and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients through strategic communication and regular follow-ups
  • Client Support & Success: Respond promptly to inquiries, assist in identifying client needs, and provide tailored AI-powered eCommerce solutions
  • Strategic Analysis: Track client interactions, prepare performance reports, and gather feedback to enhance service offerings
  • Business Development: Participate in client meetings, support onboarding processes, and identify growth opportunities
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current with eCommerce trends and contribute to client retention strategies

Essential Requirements

  • Recent graduates or current students in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing multiple client relationships
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management processes
  • Authorization to work in the US or Canada
