Operations Manager

A fast-growing cloud software company in the life sciences space is hiring an Operations Manager to lead service operations and elevate team performance. This fully remote role supports stakeholders across North America and is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, regulated environments and has a track record of managing service teams with precision and care.

Role:
As Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the daily point of contact for internal teams and external clients. You’ll be responsible for coordinating service delivery, managing a remote team, updating SOPs, and ensuring exceptional quality across operations.

Responsibilities:
🛠️ Act as the go-to contact for all service-related escalations
📣 Hire, train, and manage a team of coordinators
📊 Monitor performance metrics, ensure SLA adherence
📝 Own, update, and maintain SOPs and customer business rules
🚀 Support new customer onboarding and identify areas for improvement
📅 Review reports and ensure timely process completion
🕒 Occasional overtime may be required

Requirements:
✅ 3+ years in pharma, biotech, or agency roles supporting HCP events
✅ Strong Excel & Word skills (PowerPoint a plus)
✅ Exceptional communication & conflict resolution skills
✅ Proven leadership and team management experience
✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and independently driven
✅ Must be located in the Pacific Time Zone (PT)
✅ High discretion and sound judgment required

Nice to Have:
⭐ Familiarity with Veeva’s Commercial Cloud Products (CRM, Vault, etc.)
⭐ Positive, solutions-first attitude
⭐ Experience in change management or onboarding
