Tax Intern - Fall 2025

The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious Tax Intern to join the Fortitude Family Office. This position will provide a unique opportunity to interact with experienced professionals and build a foundation of knowledge in the tax/accounting field.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our team of experts on a wide range of tasks such as preparing reports, organizing financial records, and assisting on tax returns. This is a great chance to develop critical tax skills while working in a professional environment.

We offer on-the-job training so the interns receive real-life, hands-on tax and accounting experience and stay up-to-date with industry standards. Our goal is to help this individual reach their full potential while providing support every step of the way.

The Expectations

• Provide basic tax and accounting support to clients
• Assist with estimated tax calculations, tax return preparation, and related book adjustments
• Input new client and financial data, verify information, reconcile accounts as needed, and conduct financial information reviews as instructed
• Prepare tax planning analysis and financial reports
