PMO Intern

HTI is seeking an PMO Intern for a brand-new multi-metal recycling startup in Augusta, GA. Aurubis is the leading provider of non-ferrous metals and one of the largest copper recyclers worldwide. This German-based company is known for their commitment to environmental sustainability, diversity, and their employees. With plans to be fully operational in mid-2024, this facility is expected to become a major player in the North American supply chain and a significant employer in the greater Augusta area.

What You Need:

Education & Experience:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Interest in project coordination, process improvement, and data analysis.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate with teams

What Your Role Will Look Like:

• Project Support: Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
• Process Optimization: Help improve PMO workflows, reporting, and best practices.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze project data and create status reports and presentations.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
