Summary/Objective
The Marketing Administrator is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive enrollment, and support the growth and reputation of Ardent Preschool. This role oversees digital, print, and event marketing while managing external vendors and internal communications to ensure alignment within the organization’s mission and values.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate web-based marketing campaigns including copywriting, proofreading and designing all materials and ensuring said materials are in-line with brand standards.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
- Create and manage digital ad campaigns to meet company targets.
- Create content ideas and assist with consistent social media presence for all locations.
- Research, order, track, distribute and inventory promotional items for giveaways and manage vendor relationships.
- Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Providing administrative support to the leadership team.
- Make recommendations to continually improve performance by analyzing internal results, and competitive data, and keeping on top of industry trends.
- Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
- Assist with internal and external communications.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva or related software.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times in then event of a fire emergency at a school
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent on the job experience.
- Prior related office experience preferred.
- Digital Marketing Experience required
